TigerReach is a local business growth platform operated out of Auburn, Alabama. We provide software tools to help small businesses manage their online reputation, respond to customer reviews, and recover missed leads. Our website is tigerreach.com. 2. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly

  • Account information: When you sign up, we collect your name, business name, and email address.
  • Payment information: Billing is processed by Stripe. We never store your credit card number or bank details — Stripe handles all payment data under their own privacy policy.
  • Business details: You may provide your Google Business Profile URL, phone number, and other business information to enable our features.
  • Messages and notes: Content you enter into our platform (e.g., review reply drafts, lead notes) is stored to provide the service.

Information collected automatically

  • Usage data: We collect standard web logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) to diagnose issues and improve the product.
  • Cookies and local storage: We use session cookies to keep you logged in and to remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Information from third-party services

  • Google: If you connect your Google Business Profile, we receive review data and profile information via the Google Places API on your behalf.
  • Instagram: If you connect your Instagram account, we receive basic profile data and media via Meta's APIs. We only request the minimum permissions needed.
  • Twilio: We use Twilio to detect missed calls and send automated SMS messages on your behalf. Call metadata (caller number, timestamp) passes through Twilio's systems.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect solely to provide, maintain, and improve TigerReach. Specifically:

  • To create and manage your account
  • To power features like missed call text-back, review monitoring, and AI reply suggestions
  • To send you product-related communications (e.g., your weekly performance digest, account alerts)
  • To process payments through Stripe
  • To diagnose bugs and improve the platform
  • To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your data with advertisers. We do not use your data to train AI models.

4. How We Share Your Information

We share data only with trusted service providers that help us operate the platform, and only to the extent necessary:

  • Supabase — database and authentication hosting
  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Twilio — SMS delivery and call detection
  • Anthropic — AI-generated review reply suggestions (review text is sent to Anthropic's API; Anthropic's data use policy applies)
  • Vercel — web hosting and edge infrastructure

All sub-processors are bound by data processing agreements. We may also disclose data if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of TigerReach, our users, or others.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 90 days, except where we are required by law to retain it longer (e.g., financial records required for tax purposes are retained for 7 years).

6. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (TLS/HTTPS), row-level security on our database, and access controls. However, no system is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Delete your personal data ("right to be forgotten")
  • Export your data in a portable format
  • Opt out of certain types of processing

  • Strictly necessary cookies: Required for authentication and security. These cannot be disabled.
